Important Update For Customers Shipping To The United States

Due to recent policy changes implemented by the U.S. Government, additional taxes and duties may apply to customers shipping products from outside of the U.S., to a U.S. address. 

While the majority of our products are manufactured in and shipped from within the U.S. (and therefore not affected by these policy changes), a limited range of products, such as our shoes and car seat covers, will be impacted. To see where a product ships from, simply check under the "Production" tab on each product page.

Please note that any additional charges, such as customs clearance, taxes, or other duties, are the responsibility of the order recipient.  Further details can be found on our FAQ page under “General > Are import duties included in the price?”

These policy changes may also result in potential delays through customs processing as the previous “fast customs clearance process” model is also no longer in effect and will shift to a general trade customs clearance model, which may result in longer processing times, and therefore shipping times.

Unfortunately, these adjustments are beyond our control, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
