Important Update For Customers Shipping To The United States

On April 2nd, the U.S. Government announced its intention to introduce broad new tariffs on goods imported into the United States. These tariffs apply to nearly all countries, and unfortunately, their impact will be felt across most industries - including ours.

While the majority of our products (excluding shoes and car seat covers) are manufactured and shipped within the U.S., the reality of global supply chains means that even U.S.-based manufacturers rely on imported raw materials that are often not readily available domestically. As a result, production costs are expected to rise even for goods made in the United States.

For the few products we manufacture abroad - specifically our shoes and car seat covers - these will now be subject to the newly imposed tariffs and duties upon import into the U.S. Please note that any additional charges, such as customs clearance, taxes, or other duties, are the responsibility of the order recipient.  Further details can be found on our FAQ page under “General > Are import duties included in the price?”  To see where a product ships from, simply check under the "Production" tab on each product page.

At this stage, we are still awaiting detailed feedback from our U.S. manufacturing partners, so the extent of upcoming price changes remains uncertain. We will share more as we know more.

We are disappointed by this development and sincerely apologise for the price increases that will follow. These changes are, regrettably, outside of our control. That said, we remain committed to offering the highest quality products and service - and to keep  doing so in a way that keeps our business sustainable for the long term.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
