This design is based on the Spitfire (2I-E, serial number MK636) flown by Flt Lt Henry “The Eagle of Malta” McLeod. Henry was a Canadian flying ace with the Royal Canadian Air Force during WWII achieving 21 victories. During his service he was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross along with the Distinguished Flying Cross and Bar. He was declared missing during a mission on September 7th, 1944 with the remains of his aircraft being located in 1949. He was 28 at the time of his death.

What Size Am I?
Shoes sizes can vary considerably between brands. A US13 with one brand could be a US12 with another brand. To find out what size you are for our shoes, we recommend doing a quick foot measurement as outlined below. Once you have your measurement, simply look it up on our size guide to locate the most appropriate size based on that measurement. For Kids shoes, if in doubt or between sizes, opt for the larger size so they’ve got a little extra wiggle room and room to grow.
